Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Farming Season website, waitlist and game (the "Services"), operated by [Legal name of the operator] ("we", "us"). By registering or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) and legally allowed to use blockchain-based services where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws, including tax laws.
2. Your wallet and account
You access the game with your own crypto wallet. You alone control your wallet and its keys; we never ask for and cannot recover your private key or seed phrase. One person may register one account. Accounts operated by bots, scripts or multiple accounts controlled by the same person are not allowed.
3. Registration fee
Registration is currently free. We may introduce a one-time registration fee in the future; if we do, it will be shown in the game before you pay, paid in ETH on Robinhood Chain, and network (gas) fees will be paid by you. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; any registration fee is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A registration fee is not an investment and does not give you any right to rewards.
4. In-game tokens, rewards and seasons
- The game uses the HARVEST token. Rewards depend on your activity, game rules, daily limits and the size of the reward pool, and are not guaranteed.
- The game is organized in seasons. The rules of each season, including its start and end dates and what happens to balances at the end, are published in the game and on our website before you make any purchase. We will not change the end of a season to your disadvantage without advance notice.
- Daily withdrawal limits, earning caps and other limits shown in the game apply.
- Cosmetic items (colors, decorations, sword and storm looks) change appearance only and have no gameplay or financial value.
5. Risks
Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Only spend what you can afford to lose. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing in the Services is an offer to sell securities or a promise of profit.
Smart contracts and blockchains can have bugs, delays or outages. Token prices may change quickly, liquidity may be limited, and regulation may change in ways that affect the Services or the token.
6. Fair play
You may not use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, multiple accounts or any other method to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate rewards, leaderboards or referrals, or interfere with the Services. We use automated checks and human review. If we reasonably believe you broke this section, we may pause earnings, remove leaderboard results, cancel referral rewards or suspend the account. You can contest any such decision by contacting us.
7. User content
You are responsible for what you write in farm names, clan names, clan chat and bug reports. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break this rule.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its code, branding and artwork are owned by us or our licensors (artwork includes assets licensed from third-party artists). You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Services.
9. Changes and availability
We may update the Services and these Terms. We will announce material changes in the game before they take effect. The Services are provided "as is"; we do our best to keep them available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, losses caused by your wallet, third-party networks or market movements. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of [city], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
